Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Fillos de Breogán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xabat Armada to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Garibaldo Quijana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remigio Valerón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calisto Abril in the 7th minute of the match. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Remigio Valerón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calisto Abril in the 9th minute of play. Remigio Valerón came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Fillos de Breogán's Orti Sánchez. But to his dismay, Orti Sánchez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Garibaldo Quijana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakes Vila. A sloppy throw-in by Oto Gómez in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Cristian Reyes. In the 18th match minute, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Garibaldo Quijana made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Jakes Vila sent off a good shot on target. Jakes Vila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fillos de Breogán's Garibaldo Quijana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakes Vila in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the game Silban Mušica made a throw-in which Amadeo Lara played forward. Garibaldo Quijana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakes Vila in the 27th minute of play. Domeka Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Remigio Valerón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Fillos de Breogán's Orti Sánchez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remigio Valerón was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO booed when Fillos de Breogán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domeka Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fillos de Breogán's Calisto Abril got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Oto Gómez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, Oto Gómez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fillos de Breogán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO the free kick. After 44 played minutes Fillos de Breogán got a freekick which was hit by Oto Gómez. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orti Sánchez in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remigio Valerón prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Fillos de Breogán were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jakes Vila to make the kick off. Taurino Losantos hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Guido Escobar was substituted for Jakes Vila. After 58 played minutes ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO got a freekick which was hit by Taurino Losantos. Orti Sánchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Oto Gómez in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Cristian Reyes. Yağızalp Ulaş kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Guido Escobar hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute Calisto Abril shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Valerón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gelacio Campomanes was slow to take the kick. During this time Fillos de Breogán's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Calisto Abril heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The corner ended in Gelacio Campomanes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Remigio Valerón did a great save. A collision led to Fillos de Breogán getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Duardo Montero hit a great ball. Guido Escobar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Garibaldo Quijana having to make a save. 85 minutes into the game, Oto Gómez threw the ball into play from the sideline. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Cristian Reyes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Orti Sánchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Valerón having to interfere. Orti Sánchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domeka Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Valerón was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oto Gómez. After 96 played minutes ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Reyes. In the 98th minute, Calisto Abril got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Fillos de Breogán supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fillos de Breogán would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
