With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryszard Percha in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pepe Toxeiro saved Real Club Celta de Vigo from getting behind. In the 19th minute, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Renato Tapia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dani Hernández. Dani Hernández yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Renato Tapia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dani Hernández tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Ryszard Percha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pepe Toxeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35thth minute of the game Ryszard Percha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Club Celta de Vigo's Pepe Toxeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ryszard Percha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pepe Toxeiro having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Dani Hernández didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renato Tapia went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Pepe Toxeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Real Club Celta de Vigo from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the game, Ryszard Percha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Pepe Toxeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Poli Urquijo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Anders Ståhlman, made in the 70th minute of the game. Dani Hernández showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Tapia, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryszard Percha in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pepe Toxeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 83 played minutes 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES got a freekick which was hit by Anders Ståhlman. Anders Ståhlman kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ryszard Percha hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Dani Hernández came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Club Celta de Vigo's Everardo Arias. But to his dismay, Everardo Arias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. A hard shot 95 in the game by Ryszard Percha from a close distance when the talented Pepe Toxeiro managed to make a qualified save. Real Club Celta de Vigo's players were relieved. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Real Club Celta de Vigo had won, even though 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES had held more of the ball.
