Mateusz Baran was slow to take the kick. During this time Ajax Poland's players had a chance to rest. Korneliusz Rasimowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when Ajax Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Fenomeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitaliy Vischak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 29th minute. Ajax Poland's Korneliusz Rasimowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Atarrabi in the 31st minute of play. In the 31st minute Rodolfo Atarrabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Rasimowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitaliy Vischak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Soroca F.C.'s Vitaliy Vischak got control of the ball when Eugeniusz Poniewaz tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrián Espadas to strike the kick off in the second half. Zézinho Neiva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Korneliusz Rasimowicz. Ajax Poland's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Necula in the 86th minute of play forced Ajax Poland's goalkeeper Korneliusz Rasimowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Zima hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
