The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Szabolcs Bagi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Mariusz Koperski made a huge save. 9 minutes into the game, NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's Rosen Hvúrlev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Koperski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Los Gatos Rojos booed when NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wang Jun Ang didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's corner Wang Jun Ang fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mariusz Koperski quite easily take care of the ball. Dieguito Milito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gergely Baló tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Dieguito Milito sped through NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gergely Baló. Gergely Baló showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieguito Milito, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's Diedrik Helsens got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 played minutes Los Gatos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Osman Nuri Selil. Rosen Hvúrlev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dieguito Milito in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gergely Baló prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Dieguito Milito in the 37th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosen Hvúrlev in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Koperski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Rosen Hvúrlev put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mariusz Koperski. A collision led to Los Gatos Rojos getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Miguel Colon hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Wang Jun Ang sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mariusz Koperski skillfully saved the ball. In the 47th minute, NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's Balázs Földvári dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dieguito Milito to make the kick off. Mariusz Koperski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diedrik Helsens in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS were awarded a corner. Wang Jun Ang went to the cornerflag to take it. 58 minutes into the game, Diedrik Helsens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Mariusz Koperski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes into the match, NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguito Milito came free, but Gergely Baló reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Cristian Truylos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gergely Baló. Cristian Truylos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-4. Mariusz Koperski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balázs Földvári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Balázs Földvári shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Koperski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariusz Koperski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Földvári in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS's zone, Panos Meintanis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gergely Baló came out of the goal and Panos Meintanis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szabolcs Bagi in the 89th minute of play forced Los Gatos Rojos's goalkeeper Mariusz Koperski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariusz Koperski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosen Hvúrlev in the 90th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panos Meintanis got free with Gergely Baló in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS booed when Los Gatos Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Koperski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diedrik Helsens in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. NAGYBÖRZSÖNY GUNNERS fully deserved thier win.
