Pascual Pitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Borrelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Alessio Borrelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascual Pitin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The corner led Los Delfines's Tomáš Kožený to fire away a dangerous shot which Pascual Pitin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Matías Patrone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Hauche in the 66th minute of the match. Maní FC's Gabriel Hauche was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 66th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Gil Negri hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Urbez came free, but Pascual Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Lucas Urbez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascual Pitin was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After some careless play in the Maní FC defense, Lucas Urbez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual Pitin. The Maní FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual Pitin should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Tomáš Kožený cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Pascual Pitin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maní FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
