An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Zhen Fan in the 4th minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Antonio Adán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pan Zhen Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 minutes of play, Atlético São Sebastião's Falcão Zonta made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Adán was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute Zigmantas Gimbutas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qu Feng Bin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes Atlético São Sebastião's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Quintino Carvalhais who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on SC Braga's corner Quintino Carvalhais fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Qu Feng Bin quite easily take care of the ball. Qu Feng Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 12th minute of the match. Qu Feng Bin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quintino Carvalhais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qu Feng Bin having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Zigmantas Gimbutas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despite this Qu Feng Bin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Atlético São Sebastião's Qu Feng Bin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 35th minute of play. Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Qu Feng Bin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Antonio Adán stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pan Zhen Fan's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Charl De Metser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godofredo Cebo made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Godofredo Cebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antonio Adán. The goal made the score 0-2. Antonio Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute, André Jordão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by William Santana from long distance, 58 minutes into the match, got Antonio Adán's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Qu Feng Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quintino Carvalhais in the 67th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Åke Mattsson in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qu Feng Bin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SC Braga were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Atlético São Sebastião's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Quintino Carvalhais took the corner. SC Braga's Antonio Adán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save SC Braga from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Atlético São Sebastião defense, Stig-Åke Mattsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Qu Feng Bin. The Atlético São Sebastião fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Qu Feng Bin should have stopped the shot. Qu Feng Bin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Mattsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Mattsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Qu Feng Bin. Atlético São Sebastião's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig-Åke Mattsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Balthazar Steenberghs hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Atlético São Sebastião players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Braga from taking control.
