Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Feliciano Dimo kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Caetano Saad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ferenc Puskás's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavinho Reis was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Guarani Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after CE LAJEADENSE RS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Orhun Taran took the corner. After taking down the ball on Guarani Futebol Clube's corner Orhun Taran fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavinho Reis quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Dimo in the 6th minute of play forced Guarani Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Adalberto de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavinho Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferenc Puskás's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Adalberto de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bater Palma in the 10th minute of the match. Adalberto de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Dimo in the 15th minute of play. Fausto da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Flavinho Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orhun Taran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Dimo in the 28th minute of play forced Guarani Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Adalberto de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jhon Arias hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Adalberto de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Dimo in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Fausto da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Orhun Taran made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Reis. CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Adalberto de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jhon Arias in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guarani Futebol Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giuseppe Pinheiro was slow to take the kick. During this time CE LAJEADENSE RS's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Giuseppe Pinheiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adalberto de Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 45 minutes into the game, Guarani Futebol Clube's Fausto da Cunha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavinho Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferenc Puskás stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the CE LAJEADENSE RS defense, Fausto da Cunha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavinho Reis. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavinho Reis should have stopped the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Guarani Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Dimo came free, but Adalberto de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adalberto de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bater Palma in the 66th minute of the match. Orhun Taran might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavinho Reis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orhun Taran ran back to his position shaking his head. Adalberto de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Dimo in the 72nd minute of play. Flavinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orhun Taran in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute Feliciano Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Dimo in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adalberto de Moraes saved Guarani Futebol Clube from getting behind. After 83 played minutes Guarani Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Fausto da Cunha. Giuseppe Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto da Cunha came free, but Flavinho Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto da Cunha in the 87th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Fausto da Cunha notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
