Murillo Pernambucanos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Geovânio Hoffmann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cláudio Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl da Silveira having to interfere. The supporters of Olímpico FC booed when FIEL ALGUSTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Lauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raúl da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Aiach, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After some careless play in the FIEL ALGUSTA defense, Abel Carvalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raúl da Silveira. The FIEL ALGUSTA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raúl da Silveira should have stopped the shot. Ludomir Figlewski came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Geovânio Hoffmann could save by the left post. Raúl da Silveira came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Olímpico FC's Abel Carvalho. But to his dismay, Abel Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.
