Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fernandão Trigo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Samuel Fiúza made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Jairo Domingues sent off a good shot on target. Fang Bing Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucílio Valente in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Pistolero Tricolor FC booed when Gremio Viana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higino Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Fiúza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jairo Domingues's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Jairo Domingues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Fiúza had great luck who in the 13thth minute grab hold of the ball when Fernandão Trigo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 19 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's Joaquim Paredes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fang Bing Lei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Joaquim Paredes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fang Bing Lei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a little luck, Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza got control of the ball when Fernandão Trigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Gremio Viana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higino Queirós to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes, Pistolero Tricolor FC's Matthijs Light shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samuel Fiúza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pistolero Tricolor FC reached it. When Pistolero Tricolor FC's Armando Bela in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gremio Viana's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pistolero Tricolor FC's zone, Ke Zhi Jian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fang Bing Lei came out of the goal and Ke Zhi Jian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquim Paredes hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernandão Trigo got free with Samuel Fiúza in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim Paredes made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Pistolero Tricolor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. When Mazinho Martins fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pistolero Tricolor FC's protests and gave Mazinho Martins a yellow card for diving instead. Fang Bing Lei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim Paredes in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Domingues in the 64th minute of play forced Gremio Viana's goalkeeper Samuel Fiúza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joaquim Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 65th minute Joaquim Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fang Bing Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernandão Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gremio Viana's Carlos Luna was substituted for Joaquim Paredes. The supporters of Pistolero Tricolor FC booed when Gremio Viana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Påk didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Fernandão Trigo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Fiúza was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Samuel Fiúza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Fiúza having to interfere. In the 90th minute Fernandão Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Fiúza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Gremio Viana players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
