Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Domingos Lencastre got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Gremio Viana's Adalberto Leite got a free kick in the 4th minute. Samuel Fiúza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Tavares in the 5th minute of the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Rogelio Lynch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Neubrandt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Lencastre, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute Alan Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Fiúza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Fiúza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gremio Viana were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Internazionale-RS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adalberto Leite took the corner. In the 32nd minute, Domingos Lencastre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Neubrandt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Domingos Lencastre took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Neubrandt. Stefan Neubrandt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A collision led to Internazionale-RS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Trigo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batiste Carrez in the 48th minute of play forced Gremio Viana's goalkeeper Samuel Fiúza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogelio Lynch to strike the kick off in the second half. Alan Tavares charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Tavares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd minute, Alan Tavares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Rogelio Lynch dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuel Fiúza, 2-1. Rogelio Lynch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Fiúza having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Lencastre in the 66th minute of play forced Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper Stefan Neubrandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Moisés Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internazionale-RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Moisés Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Fiúza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tony Påk managed to get in a good position for a shot. But to his dismay, Domingos Lencastre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gremio Viana made a substitution. Joaquim Paredes replaced Domingos Lencastre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Paredes in the 84th minute of play forced Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper Stefan Neubrandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gremio Viana's Joaquim Paredes got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 94 played minutes Gremio Viana got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Leite. Samuel Fiúza came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Internazionale-RS's Rogelio Lynch. But to his dismay, Rogelio Lynch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Gremio Viana were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Internazionale-RS for a fine match.
