Sunday Skinas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Heidemann having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Edmílson Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's zone, Sunday Skinas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Heidemann came out of the goal and Sunday Skinas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Heidemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Dante in the 23rd minute of play. Manoel Garrincha hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Luiz Heidemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Lehen in the 27th minute of the match. Eustacio Hotz scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Prata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Heidemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sunday Skinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastião Tróia made in the 38th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rowen Doherty. Rowen Doherty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Luiz Heidemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronaldinho Dracena got a throw-in 42 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eustacio Hotz. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romulo Lehen made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Sebastião Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustacio Hotz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrique Prata having to make a save. Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Hotz in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Eustacio Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Mauro Monteiro was substituted for Eustacio Hotz. Grêmio Bulls's Caetano da Silveira was substituted for Tony Toscano. Breen John hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match.
