Andrés Casado came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali. But to his dismay, Alessio Zoccali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alvaro Rotili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elian Müller, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Fedele Moretti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrés Casado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 17 minutes Aragorn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alberigo Di Franco who took care of the corner kick. Alberigo Di Franco made a great header on A.S. Udinese's corner, it was just that Aragorn's Andrés Casado managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Aragorn's zone, Alessio Zoccali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrés Casado came out of the goal and Alessio Zoccali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the A.S. Udinese defense, Altuğ Yakup kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Rotili. The A.S. Udinese fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Rotili should have stopped the shot. Fortunato Angelucci kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Aragorn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Altuğ Yakup in the 36th minute. A nice corner shot did that Altuğ Yakup got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alvaro Rotili quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to A.S. Udinese getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alessio Zoccali hit a great ball. A.S. Udinese's Dino Pozzoli was substituted for Bruno Maranzano. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The crowd rose to their feet as Alessio Zoccali kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrés Casado. That made the score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute A.S. Udinese were awarded a corner. Alberigo Di Franco went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Aragorn's Andrés Casado got control of the ball when Alexander Bottone tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Alberigo Di Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.S. Udinese's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberigo Di Franco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrés Casado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's goal looked a bit too open when Elian Müller came free, but Alvaro Rotili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrés Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Bottone in the 70th minute of the match. Alvaro Rotili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altuğ Yakup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Alexander Bottone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's goal looked a bit too open when Altuğ Yakup came free, but Alvaro Rotili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Elian Müller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aragorn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Aragorn's Ovidio Cuarto was substituted for Fedele Moretti. Elian Müller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A.S. Udinese's Alvaro Rotili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Bottone in the 85th minute of play. Don Blake made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by A.S. Udinese's Corrado Falasca. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander Bottone got free with Andrés Casado in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elian Müller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alvaro Rotili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aragorn's Don Blake got a free kick in the 89th minute. 95 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's goal looked a bit too open when Elian Müller came free, but Alvaro Rotili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elian Müller in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Rotili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Aragorn lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
