Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dino Palmisano started the match with the kick off. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Cristiano Granata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Bezerra in the 8th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Bezerra came free, but Cristiano Granata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Dino Palmisano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Ali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dino Palmisano in the 19th minute. A nice corner shot did that Dino Palmisano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Donato Ali quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Damiano De Santis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musko Cuevas in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Mauro Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Granata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Dino Palmisano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Ali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Bezerra in the 33rd minute of play forced A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes of play, Schuster's Mauro Bezerra made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Granata was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Mauro Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute Mauro Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Granata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Bezerra in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Granata saved A.S. Ian Fenomeni from getting behind. Donato Ali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Galeone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Bezerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Granata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, A.S. Ian Fenomeni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gandalf Stanković to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the A.S. Ian Fenomeni defense, Mauro Bezerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Granata. The A.S. Ian Fenomeni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Granata should have stopped the shot.
Cristiano Granata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bezerra in the 51st minute of play. Edoardo Galeone spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Schuster's goal. The audience was convinced that Edoardo Galeone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donato Ali was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Mauro Bezerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristiano Granata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Bezerra ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristiano Granata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Ali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Munderloh in the 59th minute of play. If Mauro Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Cristiano Granata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save A.S. Ian Fenomeni from getting a goal against them. Mauro Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cristiano Granata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schuster. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Ciro Palleschi was substituted for Franco Walcher. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Filiberto Paternina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Schuster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.S. Ian Fenomeni the free kick. Mauro Bezerra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristiano Granata having to make a save. Donato Ali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigue Léonard, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute Mauro Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Granata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.S. After 93 minutes, Cosimo Cinalli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.S. Ian Fenomeni and the Schuster players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anfilogino Pittelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Granata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Schuster walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
