Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cesare Punta took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Sao Brasola from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Sanna came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Sao Brasola's Erlin Håland. But to his dismay, Erlin Håland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Guaberto Cristos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Urbano Saturnin 15 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Cesare Punta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Sanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Sporting Club Sicilia's Urbano Saturnin threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guaberto Cristos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Cesare Punta put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Alvaro Sanna. In the 27th minute Guaberto Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Saturnin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto De Nardis in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th minute Sao Brasola were awarded a corner. Deng Jian Bing went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Sao Brasola's Pierrot Leenpoels to fire away a dangerous shot which Alvaro Sanna despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alvaro Sanna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Punta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Sanna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Punta in the 39th minute of the match. Sporting Club Sicilia's Alvaro Sanna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlin Håland in the 41st minute of play. Guaberto Cristos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Urbano Saturnin made a huge save. Concetto De Nardis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Cristos in the 45th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sao Brasola's zone, Guaberto Cristos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Saturnin came out of the goal and Guaberto Cristos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Concetto De Nardis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sao Brasola's Gică Aristide was substituted for Erlin Håland. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Rucci to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Rucci came free, but Urbano Saturnin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sao Brasola's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maxim Biller was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Club Sicilia's players had a chance to rest. Sporting Club Sicilia's Maxim Biller was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Urbano Saturnin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Rucci in the 59th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Sanna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carter Di Fazio in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Sao Brasola's Carter Di Fazio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Cristos in the 69th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Cesare Punta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Sanna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Alvaro Sanna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesare Punta in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute, Cesare Punta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Sao Brasola defense, Concetto De Nardis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Saturnin. The Sao Brasola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Saturnin should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Cristos came free, but Urbano Saturnin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Cesare Punta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Sanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Sporting Club Sicilia lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
