With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Xacintu in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Çakır Alyakut saved 1930 Bafraspor from getting behind. Rıdvan Balıkçı struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Farid Mondragon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1930 Bafraspor. Farid Mondragon made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Rıdvan Balıkçı sent off a good shot on target. Çakır Alyakut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levan Dost in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Xacintu in the 29th minute of play forced 1930 Bafraspor's goalkeeper Çakır Alyakut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, 1930 Bafraspor's Rıdvan Balıkçı dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 41 minutes into the game, George Popescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1930 Bafraspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB the free kick.
