In the 17th minute, Beniamin Wielowiejski made a precise shot to the right of Torben Drieø. Gettrup SIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Erez Manco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Herstad in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Loui Dyndgaard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gettrup SIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 25th minute Kris Noander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erez Manco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Isak Krontoft hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torben Drieø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ponc Calderona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of KS Ruch Chorzów booed when Gettrup SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isak Krontoft didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torben Drieø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beniamin Wielowiejski in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Gettrup SIK defense, Ponc Calderona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torben Drieø. The Gettrup SIK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torben Drieø should have stopped the shot. Beniamin Wielowiejski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torben Drieø having to interfere. Arthur Stenhus hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Isak Krontoft hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Beniamin Wielowiejski struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Torben Drieø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Ruch Chorzów. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Kris Noander made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Gettrup SIK's Arthur Stenhus got a free kick in the 55th minute. Loui Dyndgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torben Drieø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Rzeszutko in the 62nd minute of play. Torben Drieø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Wielowiejski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes Gettrup SIK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karol Madajczyk who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Karol Madajczyk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gettrup SIK's Torben Drieø did a great save. If Klement Rzeszutko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gettrup SIK's Krestoffer Brandmose was substituted for Nikki Nørredam. Gettrup SIK's Torben Drieø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klement Rzeszutko in the 78th minute of play. Gettrup SIK's Keld Popp was substituted for Sebastean Staniok. A collision led to Gettrup SIK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. David Herstad hit a great ball. When KS Ruch Chorzów's Ponc Calderona in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 92nd match minute, KS Ruch Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klement Rzeszutko to maneuver through the defense. Klement Rzeszutko kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Torben Drieø dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KS Ruch Chorzów fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gettrup SIK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
