Ingemar Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Barck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

BK Tåfjutt made a substitution. Ken Golang replaced Karol Magdziarz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ken Golang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hampus Vall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petter Skarkman's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. With an all-out effort, BK Tåfjutt's Ingemar Åberg threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ken Golang, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Protegéerna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kosmas Charalambakis was slow to take the kick. During this time BK Tåfjutt's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Maximilian Lundberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Protegéerna's Ingemar Åberg did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Python in the 58th minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Hampus Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Protegéerna's Christer Nyberg was substituted for Guido Python. In the 72nd minute, Viktor Dahlman made a precise shot to the right of Ingemar Åberg. Protegéerna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. BK Tåfjutt made a substitution. Robert Lipinski replaced Huang Wei Hong. The supporters of BK Tåfjutt booed when Protegéerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petter Skarkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hampus Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Skarkman in the 90th minute of play. Protegéerna's Ingemar Åberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Protegéerna from getting a goal against them. BK Tåfjutt's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
