Carl Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Qi Fan in the 8th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Gong Qi Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carl Engström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Matias Svahn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Carl Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 minutes, Matias Svahn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Börna Bulldogs and the Surahammar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, Matias Svahn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Börna Bulldogs supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Börna Bulldogs would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
