A collision led to GreenUnited getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Frans Laine hit a great ball. Sebastián Torrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Blomqvist in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaman Akar in the 7th minute of play forced MILLONARIOS FC's goalkeeper Angelo Prior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute of the match, Yaman Akar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angelo Prior saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 14th minute, Christoffer Blomqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MILLONARIOS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's 白星奕 got a free kick in the 18th minute. Christoffer Blomqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Prior made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Stevens in the 25th minute. Angelo Prior took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Stevens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Blomqvist came free, but Sebastián Torrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Blomqvist in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffer Blomqvist in the 36th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Blomqvist in the 38th minute of play. If Teofilo Goitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GreenUnited's Sebastián Torrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Blomqvist in the 45th minute of play. The GreenUnited players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MILLONARIOS FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yaman Akar to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastián Torrico made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Christoffer Blomqvist sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Prior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Stevens in the 53rd minute of play. GreenUnited's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Dănilă in the 55th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MILLONARIOS FC's goalie and right to 白星奕. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. MILLONARIOS FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some careless play in the GreenUnited defense, Christoffer Blomqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Torrico. The GreenUnited fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Torrico should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, GreenUnited's Sebastián Torrico got control of the ball when Christoffer Blomqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jozef Kloots's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastián Torrico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Teo Angeles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Teo Angeles got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Federico Errazquin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Corredor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Errazquin got free with Sebastián Torrico in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Juan Corredor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Stevens hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Max Stevens kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Corredor in the 95th minute of play.
