Vito Maia started the match with the kick off. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when Floresta Club U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Richter, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Tim Wiese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vito Maia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Tim Wiese made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Schira in the 19th minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léo de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Covaci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tim Wiese made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Eusébio Baptista sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Mathias Schulten struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Léo de Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Bad Harzburg. Léo de Brito came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by SV Bad Harzburg's John Rambo. But to his dismay, John Rambo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tim Wiese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Baptista in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Vito Maia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Wiese was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. A collision led to SV Bad Harzburg getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Marc Richter hit a great ball. Tim Wiese was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Narciso Toledo. A collision led to Floresta Club U18 getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eusébio Baptista hit a great ball. Sidnei Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After the first half SV Bad Harzburg were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Toledo in the 83rd minute of play forced SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Tim Wiese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes, Floresta Club U18's Gláuber Abreu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tim Wiese came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Floresta Club U18 reached it. Léo de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Richter in the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Eusébio Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta Club U18's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Wiese breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 95 minutes, Teodor Covaci made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The SV Bad Harzburg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
