Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Mathias Schulten fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Bad Harzburg's protests and gave Mathias Schulten a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Garlic Eaters booed when SV Bad Harzburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathias Schulten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Gez Barber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Wiese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SV Bad Harzburg's Éthan Pichard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nikolay Bonkov. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Nikolay Bonkov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Éthan Pichard in the 13th minute. Lars Schira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Nikolay Bonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tim Wiese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gez Barber in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, SV Bad Harzburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Neubauer to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute of the match Jo Pryor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tim Wiese skillfully saved the ball. If John Rambo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Gez Barber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Wiese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's Gez Barber sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tim Wiese narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 34 minutes, Cliff Gurney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garlic Eaters and the SV Bad Harzburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garlic Eaters's Cliff Gurney got a free kick in the 34th minute. SV Bad Harzburg were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Garlic Eaters's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Welf Heinlein took the corner. SV Bad Harzburg's Welf Heinlein was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nikolay Bonkov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Jo Pryor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gez Barber to strike the kick off in the second half. Nikolay Bonkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Schira in the 53rd minute of play. Nikolay Bonkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Éthan Pichard's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After 59 minutes Garlic Eaters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Welf Heinlein who took care of the corner kick. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Covaci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikolay Bonkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Covaci in the 61st minute of the match. Lars Schira took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikolay Bonkov. Nikolay Bonkov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Éthan Pichard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Nikolay Bonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Neubauer during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, André Neubauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Hammond came free, but Tim Wiese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikolay Bonkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Schira in the 73rd minute of play. Nikolay Bonkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Rambo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Lars Schira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 minutes Garlic Eaters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Welf Heinlein who took care of the corner kick. Éthan Pichard was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luke Lovell kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Nikolay Bonkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Éthan Pichard in the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Éthan Pichard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that SV Bad Harzburg were the better team. SV Bad Harzburg's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
