Gigio Buffon came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Garlic Eaters's Gez Barber. But to his dismay, Gez Barber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Régis Batista's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Nikolay Bonkov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Garlic Eaters's Shane Barratt got a free kick in the 21st minute. A hard shot 24 in the game by Régis Batista from a close distance when the talented Nikolay Bonkov managed to make a qualified save. Garlic Eaters's players were relieved. With his leg Nikolay Bonkov managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when HollywooDogs's Régis Batista fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 28 minutes into the game, one of Garlic Eaters:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Régis Batista got free with Nikolay Bonkov in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gez Barber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis Batistas short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Nikolay Bonkov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When HollywooDogs's Régis Batista in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Garlic Eaters's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Régis Batista to make the kick off. Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Ribéry in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55thth minute of the game Régis Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute, Manoel Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikolay Bonkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The nice shot from Gez Barber in the 63rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Gigio Buffon had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Gigio Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Skipton, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Gez Barber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Ribéry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Ribéry came free, but Nikolay Bonkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Régis Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nikolay Bonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 90 minutes on the clock, Shane Barratt commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Garlic Eaters fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! In the 95th minute Lucas Ribéry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 played minutes Garlic Eaters got a freekick which was hit by Jim Tonkin. HollywooDogs walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
