Yuriy Babushkin came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo. But to his dismay, Aureliano Karlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gabriel Bizen kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliano Karlo got free with Yuriy Babushkin in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yuriy Babushkin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Yuriy Babushkin made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Aureliano Karlo sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Jakue came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Aureliano Karlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Karlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yuriy Babushkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliano Karlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yuriy Babushkin having to make a save. After 21 played minutes Aureliano Karlo rounded Deportivo Messina's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingo Jakue in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Eztebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Aureliano Karlo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Yuriy Babushkin to make any attempt to save it. A hard shot 36 in the game by Aureliano Karlo from a close distance when the talented Yuriy Babushkin managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo Messina's players were relieved. When Wojciech Fiszer came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wojciech Fiszer couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute of the game Gabriel Bizen made a throw-in which Teodosio Ascencio played forward. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Karlo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yuriy Babushkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Karlo in the 53rd minute of the match. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Deportivo Messina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Salvador Iztal in the 60th minute. Aureliano Karlo took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yuriy Babushkin. Yuriy Babushkin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Yuriy Babushkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Txindoki, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute of the match AFC FUSION got a corner. Deportivo Messina's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dawid Beckham ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Romulo Abilio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yuriy Babushkin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Txindoki in the 79th minute of play forced Deportivo Messina's goalkeeper Yuriy Babushkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Txindoki in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yuriy Babushkin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yuriy Babushkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes Deportivo Messina got a freekick which was hit by Hector Jerardo. A collision led to Deportivo Messina getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Hector Jerardo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Txindoki in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yuriy Babushkin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roberto Eztebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Jerardo in the 93rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Txindoki in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yuriy Babushkin saved Deportivo Messina from getting behind.
