Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Cantona started the match with the kick off. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vikingos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Haroldo Martxot was slow to take the kick. During this time Santa Maradona's players had a chance to rest. Gervasio Garcia made a great header on Santa Maradona's corner, it was just that Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 8th minute Marco Cantona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Errapel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jonathan Errapel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Cantona's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The throw-in from Ligitas Jutkus in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Santa Maradona's Gervasio Garcia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 16th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Santa Maradona defense, Marco Cantona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Errapel. The Santa Maradona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Errapel should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Errapel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marco Cantona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Cantona came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Transito in the 25th minute of play. Cássio Lopes struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Jonathan Errapel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. In the 29th minute, Marco Cantona made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Errapel. Santa Maradona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Marco Cantona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Errapel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's Miguel Transito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastián Sosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Rodolfo Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 43 minutes into the game, when Lucrețiu Filipașcu put in a rough tackle. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Cirilo Botello replaced Marco Cantona. Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu was substituted for Roque Vito. In the 43rd minute, one of Vikingos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vikingos FC. Santa Maradona's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Martxot in the 48th minute. Santa Maradona's Cecilio Beltxe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastián Sosa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Cordeiro made a kick off. Vikingos FC's Marek Torm quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wei Kang Hai, made in the 56th minute of the game. Ladislao Erramu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Errapel having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Vikingos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Torm to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Errapel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 61st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ladislao Erramu sped through Santa Maradona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Errapel. 66 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Erramu came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Jonathan Errapel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 72 played minutes Santa Maradona got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Martxot. In the 74th minute of the match Marek Torm shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Errapel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jonathan Errapel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Erramu went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Errapel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 88th minute of the match. Jonathan Errapel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ladislao Erramu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vikingos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Erramu couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Cordeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Sebastián Sosa made a huge save. Tarmo Kaare kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Santa Maradona's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
