Modesto Gipuzkoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacob Albuquerque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob Albuquerque got free with Arif Ozan Oğuztan in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacob Albuquerque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a huge save. Raul Vigil's late challenge caught a KaoS Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Vigil helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes Arrecifes got a freekick which was hit by Raul Vigil. Lluis Companys's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cirilo Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Noel Hargrave kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Arrecifes getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Kevin De Bruyne hit a great ball.
