After 6 minutes, Ulises Gartzen made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bahía é Carnaval's Mickael Wuyts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Abelsson in the 13th minute of play. With his leg Jonas Bladi managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Bahía é Carnaval's Luis Iban fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 22ndth minute of the game Luis Iban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grosso United's Jonas Bladi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bahía é Carnaval's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fikri Bera was slow to take the kick. During this time Grosso United's players had a chance to rest. Grosso United's Fikri Bera was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mickael Wuyts in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 33 minutes into the game, Ulises Gartzen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mickael Wuyts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Abelsson in the 36th minute of play forced Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Mickael Wuyts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mickael Wuyts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Xacintu in the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Grosso United made a substitution. 김 한 replaced Celedonio Hernando. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luis Iban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bahía é Carnaval were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Grosso United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Astor Brais took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Grosso United's goalie and right to Prospero Jakes. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Grosso United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 57th minute Marciano Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Bladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mickael Wuyts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Åke Abelsson went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Grosso United's Mauro Mendez was substituted for Åke Abelsson. Ulises Gartzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute of the game Eduardo Gonchan made a throw-in which Mauro Mendez played forward. 69 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Gartzen came free, but Mickael Wuyts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bahía é Carnaval's Sebastian Tello got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jonas Bladi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Lukas Borginions hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Bahía é Carnaval made a substitution. Vinicio Florin replaced Marciano Ferran. Grosso United's Reynaldo Pietro was substituted for Ulises Gartzen. When Fikri Bera came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Grosso United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fikri Bera couldn't finish the play. Mickael Wuyts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Xacintu in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Bahía é Carnaval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Florin to maneuver through the defense.
