In the 16th match minute, Bendito Sea El Fernet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Olando to maneuver through the defense. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Zielinski in the 17th minute of play. Boleslaw Zielinski scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Maule, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Zielinski in the 22nd minute of play. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Angelino Olando with Wilfredo Igon as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Lyons booed when Bendito Sea El Fernet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Igon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Tomás Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boleslaw Zielinski in the 46th minute of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustaquio Tiadoro was the one to do the kick off. Mario Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Quinten having to interfere. In the 55thth minute of the game Boleslaw Zielinski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boleslaw Zielinski got free with Tomás Maule in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boleslaw Zielinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lyons made a substitution. Aurelio Vasco replaced Mario Chago. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Roano got free with Tomás Maule in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Angelino Olando in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lyons's Ruperto Salvadore. Dariusz Roano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomás Maule came out and tried to block the shot, but Dariusz Roano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 73rd minute. Tomás Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Roano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dariusz Roano in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomás Maule, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Lyons's Dariusz Roano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomás Maule. That made the score 0-8 after 81 minutes of play. 84 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Roano came free, but Tomás Maule reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Olando. 87 minutes into the game, Dariusz Roano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomás Maule. Dariusz Roano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Bendito Sea El Fernet from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, Dariusz Roano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomás Maule. Dariusz Roano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. Lyons's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
