Honorato Jeraldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vânderson Barbosa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eduardo Atila came out and tried to block the shot, but Vânderson Barbosa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mala Chloupek in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Mala Chloupek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 28 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mala Chloupek came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduardo Atila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Tristan in the 34th minute of the match. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Eduardo Atila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה from getting a goal against them. Hugo Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mala Chloupek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Ariel Artaldo in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Dick Kramer. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cecilio Tristan made the kick off in the second half. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's attentive Honorato Jeraldo managed to snatch the ball when Lance Veloz made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Abuba Akotonon FC defense, Mala Chloupek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Orlando Gatti. The Abuba Akotonon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Orlando Gatti should have stopped the shot. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה made a substitution. Artemio Inko replaced Fang Han Jun. Edgardo Jago made in the 61st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Honorato Jeraldo immediately put the ball in play. Edgardo Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Edgardo Jago quite brazenly broke a throw-in by J.J Okocha, made in the 64th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Edgardo Jago got a free kick in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quinto Naveros in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Orlando Gatti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 68 minutes Abuba Akotonon FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Javier De Pedro who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Honorato Jeraldo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 73rd minute, Edgardo Jago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Eduardo Atila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 76th minute of play. Abuba Akotonon FC's J.J Okocha managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edgardo Jago in the 85 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 88th minute of play forced Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's goalkeeper Eduardo Atila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. J.J Okocha hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. A collision led to Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Francisco Javier De Pedro hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the game, J.J Okocha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's Dick Kramer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Abuba Akotonon FC's much stronger midfield.
