Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Brooklyn SC's Gerardo Beard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes of play, Brooklyn SC's Gerardo Beard made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orestis Karnezis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the HISPANO FC defense, Dwight Schrute kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orestis Karnezis. The HISPANO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orestis Karnezis should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Beard in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orestis Karnezis saved HISPANO FC from getting behind. In the 15th minute Landon Gordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jospeh McNally saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, HISPANO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Beard came free, but Orestis Karnezis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orestis Karnezis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliot Whitley in the 18th minute of the match. Pastor Cambranes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jospeh McNally firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Beard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orestis Karnezis was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28th minute Brooklyn SC were awarded a corner. Jonas Cole went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Elliot Whitley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Orestis Karnezis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, 俞亮岩 notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally. Jospeh McNally was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brooklyn SC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after HISPANO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonas Cole took the corner. HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Schmidt in the 39th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Gerardo Beard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
The wind increased when Pastor Cambranes made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Brooklyn SC's Jonas Cole made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orestis Karnezis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56thth minute of the game Gerardo Beard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orestis Karnezis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Beard in the 58th minute of play. Trenton Long recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by HISPANO FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonas Cole was slow to take the kick. During this time Brooklyn SC's players had a chance to rest. Orestis Karnezis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerardo Beard's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Brooklyn SC got a corner. HISPANO FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Cole ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Brooklyn SC's corner Jonas Cole fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Orestis Karnezis quite easily take care of the ball. Jospeh McNally made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 俞亮岩 in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Beard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orestis Karnezis was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Brooklyn SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonas Cole in the 82nd minute. After taking down the ball on Brooklyn SC's corner Stacy McDonough fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Orestis Karnezis quite easily take care of the ball. When %teams%'s Elliot Whitley was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-4 just inside the left pole, 82 minutes into the game. Orestis Karnezis was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. If Gerardo Beard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. HISPANO FC's Orestis Karnezis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save HISPANO FC from getting a goal against them. After 89 played minutes Brooklyn SC got a freekick which was hit by Stacy McDonough. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Beard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orestis Karnezis was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The Brooklyn SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brooklyn SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
