Tomas Landry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaja Jamak, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bryant Miles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oren Grady in the 20th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 24 minutes into the game, when Primo Dunđer put in a rough tackle. Scottie Leonard walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 27thth minute of the game Wander Suzanne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astrologer FC's Tomas Landry was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Kaja Jamak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlotte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaja Jamak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Landry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Kaja Jamak, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 30 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Tomas Landry was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Kaja Jamak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Landry. Astrologer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaja Jamak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 35th match minute, Astrologer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jessie Ware to maneuver through the defense. Wander Suzanne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Landry having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oren Grady to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oren Grady in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryant Miles saved Charlotte FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Corona during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Charlotte FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Charlotte FC's Felix Dias got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 85th minute, Kaja Jamak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas McCray kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Wander Suzanne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bryant Miles came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Astrologer FC's Oren Grady. But to his dismay, Oren Grady quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Despite being the better team, Charlotte FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
