Radowit Lichorobiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Kaznocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Radowit Lichorobiec successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Herbert Kaznocha scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radowit Lichorobiec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 played minutes FC Grom Wolsztyn K.S. got a freekick which was hit by Göktürk Sunullah. FC Grom Wolsztyn K.S.'s Radowit Lichorobiec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Grom Wolsztyn K.S. from getting a goal against them. Radowit Lichorobiec made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Kryspin Lichniak sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Valentino Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fryderyk Budzynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Fink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göktürk Sunullah's late challenge caught a FC Autolycus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göktürk Sunullah helped the player get up and apologised. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boleslaw Przybyciel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Autolycus's goalkeeper Fryderyk Budzynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boleslaw Przybyciel. In the 96th minute, FC Autolycus's Valentino Rossi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valentino Rossi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Autolycus protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valentino Rossi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 2-2. Extra-time would have to be played.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was FC Autolycus's Pablo Viator that got to make the kick off. 108 minutes into the match, FC Autolycus's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Kajder came free, but Fryderyk Budzynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kryspin Lichniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 110th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Lichorobiec having to interfere. 114 minutes into the game, Alfred Snaza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Grom Wolsztyn K.S.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Autolycus the free kick. Everyone was pleased to get a few minutes to rest before extra-time resumed.

Kryspin Lichniak ran over to the corner to take the kick.

In the 136th minute there was a penalty for FC Grom Wolsztyn K.S.. Nicu Cosoreanu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fryderyk Budzynski. 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Grom Wolsztyn K.S. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
