In the 4th minute Raimundo Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Erramu in the 5th minute of play forced Arrecifes's goalkeeper Arif Ozan Oğuztan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Arrecifes getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Cirilo Ritchie hit a great ball. Mapovihesa FC's Constantin Potocianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Ritchie in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes Mapovihesa FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Modesto Gipuzkoa who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Arrecifes's corner Modesto Gipuzkoa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Constantin Potocianu quite easily take care of the ball. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Al Wieczorek in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Al Wieczorek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantin Potocianu made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Kevin De Bruyne sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Ritchie came free, but Constantin Potocianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Iratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Erramu came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Ozan Oğuztan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Erramu went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mapovihesa FC's Constantin Potocianu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Mapovihesa FC from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Erramu came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Arrecifes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mapovihesa FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Al Wieczorek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Arrecifes got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Roldanillo. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Constantin Potocianu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raimundo Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Ramachandramurthy Ramachandran got a free kick in the 65th minute. Arrecifes's Natanael Matorin was substituted for Waldemar Korytkowski. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Arif Ozan Oğuztan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arrecifes's goalie prevented a goal.
