La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Eyague in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, La Bichineta's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Eyague came free, but Silvestre Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Roque Narvaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Roque Narvaja successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 20th minute Godfried Teunens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Narvaja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Deportivo Mandiyu defense, Godfried Teunens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roque Narvaja. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roque Narvaja should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Pedro Benvido got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfried Teunens got free with Roque Narvaja in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Bichineta's Octavio Nueva quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pedro Benvido, made in the 39th minute of the game. Adrián Guillermo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Pipis Vattimos hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see La Bichineta's Poncio Justo in action when he in the 47th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhu Bin Kun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roque Narvaja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfried Teunens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Peli came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mandiyu's Feliberto Eyague. But to his dismay, Feliberto Eyague quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 61st minute, Vennard Rojak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vennard Rojak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Roque Narvaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Domingo Martxelin replaced Feliberto Eyague. In the 69th minute, Deportivo Mandiyu's Zhu Bin Kun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silvestre Peli. Silvestre Peli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Silvestre Peli made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Alejo Bermudo sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th match minute, La Bichineta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Pirmin to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Maximiliano Ibon replaced Adrián Guillermo. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Roberto Cherro replaced Zhu Bin Kun. Arnaldo Pirmin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the match Pipis Vattimos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvestre Peli skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Castel in the 86th minute of play forced Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Roque Narvaja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Iigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Roque Narvaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Eliseo Iigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roque Narvaja. Deportivo Mandiyu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Iigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Timoteo Izel kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
