In the 20th minute, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Tarcisio Luz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Barra Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Tasso in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, PEÇONHENTO FC MG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Barra Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Tasso in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, S S Palestra Italia's Nestor Bernal got a free kick in the 84th minute. Jarbas Guedes came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Cafu de Andrade. But to his dismay, Cafu de Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jarbas Guedes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cafu de Andrade went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Tomas Roano hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
