Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Štefan Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawid Pluciennik in the 3rd minute of the match. Erasmo Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Hudák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boukjan Bunt in the 7th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Štefan Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Santa Viola in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AFK Petržalka's Viktor Seno. If Dawid Pluciennik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Šedinas short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Štefan Semeno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Štefan Semeno made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Robert Šedina sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Boukjan Bunt could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Štefan Semeno however easily saved by the left post. Boukjan Bunt spun around in front of the goal 18 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of AFK Petržalka's goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Michal Hudák managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFK Petržalka's supporters rose to their feet, but Michal Hudák was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Diegotxe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boukjan Bunt in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Štefan Semeno saved AFK Petržalka from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Požgaj in the 29th minute of play forced Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Štefan Semeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Šedina in the 32nd minute of play. Erasmo Diegotxe came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by AFK Petržalka's Michal Hudák. But to his dismay, Michal Hudák quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Požgaj in the 37th minute of play forced Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tomáš Požgaj came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the AFK Petržalka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomáš Požgaj couldn't finish the play. Štefan Semeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boukjan Bunt, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Požgaj in the 43rd minute of play forced Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Hudák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michal Hudák in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Diegotxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michal Hudák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Erasmo Diegotxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Hudák stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Boukjan Bunt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Štefan Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Šedina in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Štefan Semeno saved AFK Petržalka from getting behind. After having played for 56 minutes, Dawid Pluciennik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dawid Pluciennik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's Tomáš Požgaj sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Diegotxe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erasmo Diegotxe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomáš Požgaj in the 70th minute. Erasmo Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Hudák, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Šedina in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Štefan Semeno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomáš Požgaj got free with Erasmo Diegotxe in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute, Boukjan Bunt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Štefan Semeno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho made a substitution. Hồ Vado replaced Ladislav Trtík. AFK Petržalka's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
