The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FK Eldema Mstišov's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Čeněk Laňka in the 8th minute. A nice corner shot did that Leonard Kubánek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radislav Hošťálek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radislav Hošťálek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Čeněk Laňka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Leonard Kubánek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radislav Hošťálek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FK Eldema Mstišov's zone, David Kunovský stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chiquito Flores came out of the goal and David Kunovský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Čeněk Laňka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Gabriel Šlapák managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Eldema Mstišov's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Šlapák was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radislav Hošťálek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 33 minutes, David Kunovský managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Froghino's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Kunovský was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 37th minute of play. Chiquito Flores acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dalmu Coello. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu to make the kick off. Chiquito Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Kunovský, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Froghino's David Kunovský got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute of the match FK Eldema Mstišov got a corner. Froghino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Čeněk Laňka ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 76th minute, Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Eldema Mstišov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a little luck, Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek got control of the ball when Gabriel Šlapák tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute David Kunovský shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquito Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If David Kunovský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
