Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Paredes in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Gremio Viana's Amado Melo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Angelo Carvalhal in the 33 minute of the game. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Freire to strike the kick off in the second half. David Bastos was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza got control of the ball when Teodoro Freire tried to sneak it across the goal line.
