Jacek Ptaszek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agostinho Carneiro's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Jacek Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Wiliam Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suprs Academia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiliam Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robert Dinamite received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edvaldo Brasil came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Dinamite slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Wiliam Queiroz took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Edvaldo Brasil to make any attempt to save it. With an all-out effort, Suprs Academia's Edvaldo Brasil threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Dinamite, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When SAS's Edgar Salles in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Suprs Academia's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Moutinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Suprs Academia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wiliam Queiroz in the 55th minute. A nice corner shot did that Wiliam Queiroz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edvaldo Brasil quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jacek Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glauco Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Agostinho Carneiro came free, but Jacek Ptaszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Salles in the 68th minute of play forced Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Jacek Ptaszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Jacek Ptaszek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Salles. The Suprs Academia fans cheered their team off the field, for while SAS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
