Acácio Lara came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Soroca F.C.'s Rodolfo Atarrabi. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Atarrabi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th minute Rafinha Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Vischak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrián Espadas in the 18th minute of play forced Club Athletico Paulistano's goalkeeper Acácio Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabinho dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Adrián Espadas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Club Athletico Paulistano's Acácio Lara. Acácio Lara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Club Athletico Paulistano getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ezequiel Mineiro hit a great ball. Vitaliy Vischak made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Saad Dar sent off a good shot on target. Acácio Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Atarrabi in the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrián Espadas made a kick off. After 54 minutes Club Athletico Paulistano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gustavo Tartalo who took care of the corner kick. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Godofredo Quilino replaced Gustavo Tartalo. In the 57th match minute, Club Athletico Paulistano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haakon Brøndsel to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Club Athletico Paulistano's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Necula came free, but Acácio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabinho dos Santos in the 72nd minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glauco da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Acácio Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Răzvan Necula's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Soroca F.C.'s attentive Cyprien Combaz managed to snatch the ball when Agnaldo Mattos made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80th minute, Eliseu Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Acácio Lara was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafinha Trancoso in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitaliy Vischak saved Soroca F.C. from getting behind. Eliseu Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Jaen to maneuver through the defense. Soroca F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
