Emanuel Vigil started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Barra Gol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Vigil in the 5th minute of play forced Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Vítor Damas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barra Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Sobral in the 9th minute of the match. Vítor Damas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Vigil, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Emanuel Vigil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Damas. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Vigil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Cafu de Andrade got a free kick in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Hélio de Amorim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barra Gol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio de Amorim in the 24th minute of play forced PEÇONHENTO FC MG's goalkeeper Barra Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 played minutes Nelsinho Faria shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Vítor Damas to catch but Nelsinho Faria was lucky. It became 2-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Barra Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Sobral in the 29th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Emanuel Vigil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Vítor Damas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cris Gol got free with Barra Gol in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Ali Kürşat Aurelio scored to the left of an out of position Barra Gol, making the score, 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cris Gol was the one to do the kick off. Barra Gol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cris Gol's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Barra Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandrinho Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Barra Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Sobral in the 57th minute of play. Aílton Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Vítor Damas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Vigil in the 59th minute of play. Barra Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kürşat Aurelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 65 played minutes PEÇONHENTO FC MG got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Félix. Predador Brasiliense MZBR made a substitution. Jânio Donatello replaced António Sobral. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Pedrinho Salgado was substituted for Asrın Dirsehan. After a rather tough play, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Deivid Félix got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 67th match minute, PEÇONHENTO FC MG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, PEÇONHENTO FC MG's goal looked a bit too open when Cris Gol came free, but Barra Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Predador Brasiliense MZBR the free kick. In the 75th match minute, PEÇONHENTO FC MG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Fabiano Munhoz was substituted for Tony Tavares. Cafu de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 84th minute Jânio Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barra Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Tarcisio Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Cris Gol made a precise shot to the right of Barra Gol. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. 92 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Paul Crouch came free, but Vítor Damas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio de Amorim in the 93rd minute of play forced PEÇONHENTO FC MG's goalkeeper Barra Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PEÇONHENTO FC MG's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
