The supporters of Club Atletico Los Andes booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Faron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tipi Calderon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 庄潮宽, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Kim Lekberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Vladimirescu having to make a save. In the 12th minute Kim Lekberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Martinsson hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Kim Lekberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Vladimirescu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Orlando Inautzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kubilay İmge in the 26th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Tipi Calderon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tipi Calderon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kubilay İmge in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Los Andes defense, Lech Biskupiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tipi Calderon. The Club Atletico Los Andes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tipi Calderon should have stopped the shot. Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Lekberg in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Club Atletico Los Andes got a corner. Riesgo Cero's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomáš Lamačka ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Melquiades Belo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 39th minute Kim Lekberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Los Andes defense, Santo Damario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tipi Calderon. The Club Atletico Los Andes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tipi Calderon should have stopped the shot.

55 minutes into the game, Santo Damario lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Tipi Calderon. Tipi Calderon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kubilay İmge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match, 庄潮宽 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tipi Calderon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 62nd minute Kim Lekberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Los Andes's Orlando Inautzi suffered a concussion in the 96th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. A collision led to Riesgo Cero getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Reasco Das hit a great ball. The Riesgo Cero players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
