Hugues Calonne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo-Hernán Egoi got free with Bennvar Buffon in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute Hugues Calonne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kepa Arrizabalaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolsodios's Bennvar Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Hugues Calonne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugues Calonne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Bolsodios's Roberto Cherro in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Cherro in the 44th minute of play forced Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Bolsodios's Hugues Calonne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kepa Arrizabalaga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Cherro to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Bolsodios's Kepa Arrizabalaga threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hugues Calonne, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gustavo-Hernán Egoi charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo-Hernán Egoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bennvar Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolsodios's goalkeeper Bennvar Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bolsodios's Berto Somiedo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the game, Berto Somiedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Kepa Arrizabalaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 93 minutes, Rauno Rank mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka and the Bolsodios players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rauno Rank kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
