Aureliano Buendia might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ediberto Righi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Buendia ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Buendia in the 40th minute of play forced lןןl La Coconeta's goalkeeper Ediberto Righi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to lןןl La Coconeta getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alejandro Cabrera hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Aureliano Buendia might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ediberto Righi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Buendia ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of lןןl La Coconeta booed when Albardón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Buendia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ediberto Righi came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Albardón F.C's Aureliano Buendia. In the 81st minute of the match, Aureliano Buendia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ediberto Righi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 92 minutes, Josemir Lujambio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. lןןl La Coconeta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josemir Lujambio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albardón F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
