Sepp Mainville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxim Tsigalko, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Samurai's Cafu Dolar got a free kick in the 14th minute. Samurai's Cafu Dolar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jan Giacomozzi, made in the 17th minute of the game. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Tsigalko in the 19th minute of play. Sepp Mainville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Tsigalko in the 21st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Zelg FC's Vince Di Cola threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonas Herz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Samurai's Jens-Ove Blomqvist got a free kick in the 24th minute. Vince Di Cola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Herz's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Jan Giacomozzi made in the 27th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Irwin Monney. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Vince Di Cola successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Tsigalko in the 29th minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zelg FC's Jan Giacomozzi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cafu Dolar in the 32 minute of the game. Maxim Tsigalko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sepp Mainville having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, Samurai's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Herz came free, but Vince Di Cola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilles Clerc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Vince Di Cola made a huge save. After 45 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Dolar. The Zelg FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Samurai were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Jonas Herz made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Jonas Herz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timmy Henriksson in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxim Tsigalko. Gilles Clerc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince Di Cola having to interfere. Samurai made a substitution. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wu Qi got free with Sepp Mainville in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute Jonas Herz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Wu Qi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irwin Monney in the 76th minute of the match. Samurai's attentive Cafu Dolar managed to snatch the ball when Jan Giacomozzi made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. Wu Qi struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Sepp Mainville didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Qi in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zelg FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Bivall was slow to take the kick. During this time Samurai's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand to a score. 0-2 in the 82nd minute. Wu Qi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Sepp Mainville made a huge save. The Samurai fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Samurai's Wu Qi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Samurai players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
