The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tanek Wejta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Marinho's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Fernando Marinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanek Wejta having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Marinho got free with Tanek Wejta in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute, Iwan Mondrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Fernando Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tanek Wejta was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Tanek Wejta made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Fernando Marinho sent off a good shot on target. If Fernando Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernando Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tanek Wejta made a huge save. A collision led to FC ICEWIND DALE getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ismail Perin hit a great ball. Iwan Mondrowski made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Iwan Mondrowski. Fernando Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tanek Wejta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iwan Mondrowski got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Iwan Mondrowski. In the 36th minute FC ICEWIND DALE were awarded a corner. Erik Stor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ismail Perin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Giallorossi Poland's Tanek Wejta did a great save. Fernando Marinho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tanek Wejta came out and tried to block the shot, but Fernando Marinho slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 41st minute. Fernando Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tanek Wejta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Tanek Wejta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Marinho in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cyprian Grunwalski to strike the kick off in the second half. Iwan Mondrowski made in the 52nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Adam Tokarczyk. Fernando Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute Fernando Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Wejta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Giallorossi Poland's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erik Stor was slow to take the kick. During this time FC ICEWIND DALE's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Giallorossi Poland getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Krzysztof Fafinski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Marinho in the 71st minute of play forced Giallorossi Poland's goalkeeper Tanek Wejta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fernando Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 73 minutes into the match, Giallorossi Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Marinho came free, but Tanek Wejta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maciej Turacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tanek Wejta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giallorossi Poland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Fernando Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tanek Wejta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Fernando Marinho notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Giallorossi Poland's Tanek Wejta. Tanek Wejta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC ICEWIND DALE made a substitution. Patryk Ranowiecki replaced Fernando Marinho. Giallorossi Poland's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
