In the 14th minute Ralf Rapp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Latif Al Fakir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes, Gaspar Calisto made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
