Marc-André Grifoll made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 16 minutes La Mora CAT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carles Miramont who took care of the corner kick. 18 minutes into the match, La Mora CAT's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Macia came free, but Marc-André Grifoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Red Hawk Football Club were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after La Mora CAT's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carles Miramont took the corner. 21 minutes into the game, Nader Shehta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Mora CAT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Hawk Football Club the free kick. Nabucodonosor Rallo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Marc-André Grifoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Macia, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to La Mora CAT getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Nabucodonosor Rallo hit a great ball. Red Hawk Football Club's Albert Canyelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Coutinho in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Mora CAT's Nabucodonosor Rallo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Pascual Macia scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marc-André Grifoll, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Toros No had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Carles Miramont cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Marc-André Grifoll was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose Policarpio to make the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match, Carles Miramont tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marc-André Grifoll saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marc-André Grifoll was a little too slow when Carles Miramont got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 58th minute, La Mora CAT's Joerie De Cat seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Joerie De Cat the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of La Mora CAT protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Joerie De Cat had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 60th minute of the match Red Hawk Football Club got a corner. La Mora CAT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carles Miramont ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Red Hawk Football Club's Joan Canosa getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Marc-André Grifoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaume Vilardell, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carles Miramont in the 69th minute of play forced La Mora CAT's goalkeeper Marc-André Grifoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96thth minute of the game Ferran Planes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Mora CAT's Marc-André Grifoll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Red Hawk Football Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
