The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kjell-Arne Edström hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Kjell-Arne Edström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AsLaN 1915's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Edström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of LİONS PEAK booed when AsLaN 1915 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. René Henriksen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 58th match minute, LİONS PEAK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enginalp Işıklı to maneuver through the defense. AsLaN 1915 were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after LİONS PEAK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaffar Okkan took the corner.
