Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) F.C.BARLAD's Nichifor Codruț started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florin Niță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Codruț in the 3rd minute of play. In the 11th minute, Nichifor Codruț left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C.BARLAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Nichifor Codruț got a free kick in the 21st minute. Bogdan Gurgui made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Șerban Zegreanu sent off a good shot on target. When Dumitru Surdu fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.BARLAD's protests and gave Dumitru Surdu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Daniel Bacalbașa made a precise shot to the right of Florin Niță. Navigatii Bacău's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 32nd minute Nichifor Codruț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Niță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Rotariu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Gurgui having to interfere. The supporters of F.C.BARLAD booed when Navigatii Bacău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Cănănău didn't get a good kick on the ball. Navigatii Bacău's Florin Niță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichifor Codruț in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute Ştefan Crețu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Niță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Navigatii Bacău getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cristian Mirciu hit a great ball. Florin Niță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Bacalbașa in the 42nd minute of the match. Daniel Bacalbașa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 46 minutes, Nichifor Codruț made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Navigatii Bacău's Florin Niță tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Șerban Zegreanu made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radu Dragușin during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of F.C.BARLAD booed when Navigatii Bacău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radu Dragușin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Navigatii Bacău's goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Codruț came free, but Florin Niță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Ernest Zburlea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Florin Niță quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Florin Niță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Crețu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Niță made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ştefan Crețu in the 65th minute. In the 66th match minute, Navigatii Bacău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Cănănău to maneuver through the defense. Florin Niță was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ştefan Crețu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 68 minute of play. Nichifor Codruț charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nichifor Codruț the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nichifor Codruț kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match Cristian Mirciu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bogdan Gurgui skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Codruț in the 80th minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Florin Niță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute F.C.BARLAD were awarded a corner. Ernest Zburlea went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led F.C.BARLAD's Ernest Zburlea to fire away a dangerous shot which Florin Niță despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's goal looked a bit too open when Șerban Zegreanu came free, but Bogdan Gurgui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nichifor Codruț scored 0-7 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florin Niță, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Florin Niță came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by F.C.BARLAD's Daniel Bacalbașa. But to his dismay, Daniel Bacalbașa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Navigatii Bacău's Florin Niță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nichifor Codruț in the 94th minute of play. F.C.BARLAD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
