DINAMO's Eugen Jupân played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Ilie in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Andrea Pavel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of DINAMO's Eugen Jupân. Eugen Jupân was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andrea Pavel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Eugen Jupân skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leonard Demian charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Demian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 11 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Demian. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrea Pavel got free with Eugen Jupân in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, DINAMO's Eugen Jupân got control of the ball when Andrea Pavel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrea Pavel's late challenge caught a DINAMO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrea Pavel helped the player get up and apologised. Andrea Pavel hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Bob Marley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Opincaru in the 31st minute of the match. Bob Marley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Opincaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Ghostbusters CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Lovin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jackie Chan came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ghostbusters CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jackie Chan couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dumitru Opincaru was the one to do the kick off. Ghostbusters CF's Jackie Chan got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jackie Chan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugen Jupân showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Pavel, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Bob Marley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basarab Zburliş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Basarab Zburliş took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Bob Marley to make any attempt to save it. 73 minutes into the match, Ghostbusters CF's goalkeeper Bob Marley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Nicodim. 76 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Pavel came free, but Eugen Jupân reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Andrea Pavel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Eugen Jupân was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Jackie Chan came free, but Eugen Jupân reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Andrea Pavel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugen Jupân made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jackie Chan in the 86th minute of play. Ghostbusters CF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Basarab Zburliş scored to the left of an out of position Bob Marley, making the score, 1-3. DINAMO's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
